757.23 SEVERABILITY.

If any section, sentence, clause or phrase contained in this chapter is for any reason held illegal, invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the balance of the chapter. (Ord. 6324-91. Passed 12-16-91.)
