757.22 CONFLICT.

In the event there is any conflict between the rules and regulations of this chapter and Chapter 1509 or the rules of the Ohio Division of Oil and Gas, the more stringent regulations shall apply. (Ord. 6324-91. Passed 12-16-91.)
