757.18 NOTIFICATION TO OTHER COMMUNITIES.

If the proposed well head is to be located within 1,000 feet of any township or municipality adjoining the City of Girard, such township or municipality shall be notified in writing by mail addressed to the Clerk of Council or township Board of Trustees prior to the holding of the public hearing referred to in Section 757.04(d).
