(a) As used hereinafter, coin-operated vending machines, includes those machines in which coins are deposited in return for products (i.e., ice cream, candy, pop, etc.) or services, (i.e., washing machines, dryers, etc.).
(b) All owners of coin-operated vending machines located in the City shall post and maintain in a conspicuous place on or near the coin-operated vending machine the following information:
(1) Name of owner;
(2) Address of owner;
(3) Telephone number than any customer may call to obtain a refund of any money lost in such coin-operated vending machine.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
