(a) No person, business or company which sells intoxicating beverages shall hold dances for minors in the premises where such beverages are sold without first obtaining a permit.
(b) An application for a permit shall be submitted to the Mayor containing the following information: the owner of the business, the manager, the time, the place, the date or dates and the names and addresses of any adult supervision or chaperones.
(c) This permit must be approved by the Mayor and Council.
