In the event that a license is revoked or suspended by the Director of Public Service and Safety, the licensee shall have the right to appeal such decision to the Traffic Commission of the City. For purposes of such appeal, the Traffic Commission shall select from its members, five members, excluding members of Council or officials of the City, to hear such appeal. Such Committee may affirm, reverse or modify the order of the Director and their decision shall be final and binding. Any appeal should be within ten days of the order of the Director of Public Service and Safety and a decision rendered within ten days of a hearing.
