725.02 RE-OPENING OF STATIONS.

Nothing in this chapter shall prevent the re-opening of a gasoline or service station, not in operation at the time of passage of this chapter but which is already constructed, nor shall it affect any station in the process of construction prior to the passage of this chapter.
