(a) The license fee, payable to the City of Girard, at the time of application shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) and is to be renewed annually. The date of issuance is also the date of renewal. This fee, which is paid at the time of application, is not refundable in any case.
(b) Licenses issued under this chapter shall not be transferable to any other person, partnership, corporation, or other entity, and the business may be conducted only at the location for which the license is issued. The license must so be placed as to be made conspicuously visible.
