(a) Any person who offers for use or has on his premises one or more electronically or mechanically operated video viewing units displaying pornographic or obscene material for use; for which a license has not been obtained, shall be subject to all other permits or licenses being revoked.
(b) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
