541.10  POLITICAL SIGNS.
   (a)   Political signs are hereby prohibited on the devil strip in the City.
   (b)   Political signs are hereby prohibited on any City-owned property.

   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
