531.13 ABATEMENT ORDERS.

In lieu of issuing a notice of violation, provided for in Section 531.14, the Building Official, or law enforcement officer, may issue an order requiring the immediate abatement of any source of sound alleged to be in violation of this chapter. (Ord. 7170-01. Passed 5-14-01.)
