523.99 PENALTY.

Whoever refuses or neglects to obey a proper order issued by the Director of Public Services, Fire Chief or Hearing Board shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day after the time specified in the notice provided in Sections 523.02 and 523.03.
