The notice setting out the alleged nuisance shall state, in brief, the findings of the Director of Public Services and the Fire Chief with respect to the existence of a public nuisance and shall further state that unless the owner or owners of such property cause the abatement of the public nuisance within thirty days after the service of such notice, the City will abate or terminate the nuisance at the expense of the owner or owners. It is further provided that the owner or owners may at any time after receipt or service of the notice provided hereinbefore may make a request in writing or in person to the Mayor, Director or to the Chief that they should be furnished with a written list of the items which are alleged to constitute the public nuisance and such other items which are in need of repair and/or replacement, and/or removal.
