505.15  VACCINATION OF ANIMALS.
   (a)   Anyone owning an animal which bites a human being and such animal has not been inoculated, such owner must pay full cost of the animal being tested for rabies.
 
   (b)   Should the Board of Health do the transporting of the animal to the laboratory there will be a charge of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
 
   (c)   No person shall own, keep or harbor a dog or dogs and fail or refuse to have such dog or dogs vaccinated or revaccinated against rabies.  No person who vaccinates a dog or dogs against rabies shall fail or refuse to keep and report the required record or fail or refuse to provide the required record or fail or refuse to provide the required tag.

   (d)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on each subsequent offense such offender is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
