(a) This section shall be applicable to the following areas: Liberty Street from Stewart Street to the Viaduct.
(b) Parking within the designated areas shall be limited to one hour for all vehicles with no charge from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and unlimited parking from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
(c) Any person whose vehicle is parked in the designated area in excess of the one hour specified herein is guilty of violation of this section.
(d) Anyone guilty of a violation of this section shall be fined five dollars ($5.00) for each violation.
