The municipality shall establish the time of collection of solid waste and recyclables and the Clerk shall provide written notice of the collection schedule at least once in the spring and fall of each year at any time when collection schedule is changed. The contracted hauler is authorized to inform persons of changes in the collection schedule due to holidays and other special circumstances.
