§ 50.47 VOLUME-BASED RATES.
   The municipality determines costs for regular and special solid waste to cover those costs. Fees shall be assessed on a per container basis for solid waste to be paid through purchase of designated bags or containers at those locations specified by the Village Board from time to time.
