(A) All municipally owned or operated parks, waysides, ballfields and recreational areas shall have clearly identified containers for aluminum containers. The aluminum products shall be regularly removed and delivered to the local recycling center designated to receive same.
(B) No person shall deposit to such containers any non-aluminum materials and shall deposit to said containers aluminum materials that are reasonably clean and free of food particles.
