§ 50.15 TITLE/PURPOSE.
   This subchapter is entitled the “Village of Gilman Recycling Ordinance”. The purpose of this subchapter is to promote recycling, composting and resource recovery through the administration of an effective recycling program as provided in Wis. Stats. § 287.11 and Wis. Adm. Code Chapter NR 544, as amended from time to time.
