§ 50.01 TITLE/PURPOSE.
   This chapter is entitled the “Village of Gilman Waste Management Ordinance”. The purpose of this chapter is to document and provide to the public; Village Board; persons engaged in waste collection, recycling, and solid waste enterprises; and members of the public the provisions of the waste management system for the village.
