§ 32.32 CHANGES IN FINAL BUDGET.

   The amount of the tax to be levied or certified, the amount of the various appropriations and the purposes of the appropriations stated in the approved annual final budget may not be changed unless authorized by a roll call vote of two-thirds of the members of the Village Board.
