§ 32.31 APPROVAL OF BUDGET.
   The Village Board, after the public hearing, shall act upon the annual budget. The Village Board may amend the annual budget prior to final adoption. The annual budget shall be adopted by the Village Board on or before November 30 of each year. The annual budget, as finalized shall be adopted by a majority roll call vote of the members of the Village Board.
