§ 32.30 INITIAL PREPARATION OF BUDGET.

   (A)   The annual budget shall be initially prepared by the Finance Committee and approved by the Village Board based on data and estimates provided by the Finance Committee. The following village employees, officers, and agents along with the Village Clerk shall assist the Village Board in preparing the annual budget (list):

      (1)   Village Treasurer;

      (2)   Policeman;

      (3)   Finance Committee;

      (4)   Library Board; and

      (5)   Public Works.

   (B)   The Village Board shall publish its annual budget for the public hearing and public discussion by November 1 of each year. The Village Board shall provide, at request, a reasonable number of copies of the annual budget for the public, not to exceed 20.
