§ 130.015 INTOXICATION/DRUNKENNESS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to be so intoxicated that he or she is a nuisance to others, or is unable to care for his or her own safety in a public place in the village.
   (B)   In accordance with Wis. Stats. § 51.45, a person who appears to be incapacitated by alcohol shall be placed in protective custody pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 51.45(11) and (12).
