§ 91.12 REMOVAL OF TREES AND STUMPS.
   For dangerous, obstructive and infected trees, any tree or part thereof, whether alive or dead, which the Village Forester shall find to be infected, hazardous or a public nuisance, as defined in § 91.06, so as to endanger the public or other trees, plants or shrubs growing within the village, or to be damaging to sewers, sidewalks or other public improvements, whether growing on public or private premises, shall be removed, pruned or treated by the owner of such tree. All stumps of boulevard and park trees shall be removed six inches below the surface of the ground and follow the abatement procedure under § 91.06(C).
