(A) No person, except those having permission from the village, will be permitted, under any circumstances to tap the sanitary mains or collection pipes.
(B) The kind and size of the connection with the pipe network shall be that specified in the permit or order from the village.
(1) Laterals. All private service laterals and pumping facilities shall be installed according to the specifications approved by the village.
(2) Hookup fee. The connection fee shall be paid in advance of physical installation of lateral.
(3) Inspection. All private service laterals and pumping facilities will be inspected by a village representative upon completion of pipe installation and prior to backfilling and testing.
