§ 38.11 IMPOSITION OF ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS.
   The Town Manager may, at his or her discretion, in matters involving purchases made under his or her authority, impose requirements for the seeking of quotations or bids according to standards more stringent than those of §§ 38.06 through 38.08.
