(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person found guilty of violating any provision of § 37.01 shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. Each day that a violation continues shall be a separate offense punishable, as herein above described.
