The certain document known as "The Town Tax Code of the Town of Gila Bend, Arizona", three copies of which are on file in the office of the Town Clerk, which document was made a public record by Res. 87-04-010, is referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter, the provisions thereof to become effective on 4-14-1987. Any and all amendments to the Tax Code are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated herein as if set out in full.
