§ 31.025 SELECTION.
   The Council members shall, at the first regular meeting after their assumption of duties pursuant to § 30.03 as hereinbefore provided, choose a Mayor and Vice-Mayor from among their number to serve at the pleasure of the Council. The election shall be within 20 days after the general election.
