§ 93.08 NEW CONTAINERS; DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVIDERS.
   (A)   Upon the enactment of this chapter, the town shall place or caused to be placed a 96 gallon receptacle at each residence subject to this chapter, and either a three yard or a five yard receptacle, or both, or a combination thereof, according to the requisite need, at each commercial establishment subject to the provisions herein. Thereafter, the placement of new receptacles shall be provided at the costs as hereinafter set forth.
   (B)   (1)   It shall be the duty of the owner or developer of all new construction and development within the town, when the development is not subject to the provisions of this chapter with respect to refuse containers, to supply at his or her expense refuse containers.
      (2)   The type of containers shall be approved by the town.
   (C)   Each lot or combination of lots shall be supplied with a refuse container, at the expense of the developer or subdivider.
