§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   A person who is convicted of a violation of this chapter is guilty of a class two misdemeanor, and shall be sentenced as follows:
      (1)   First offense: Not less than $25, nor more than $100, as well as any other consequences allowable by law;
      (2)   Second offense within two years: Not less than $100, nor more than $500, as well as any other consequences allowable by law;
      (3)   Third offense within five years: Not less than $500, nor more than $750, as well as any other consequences allowable by law.
   (B)   If a judge finds at the time of sentencing that by a preponderance of the evidence the violations for which the defendant has been convicted have been corrected by the defendant and that the defendant is within compliance of this chapter, the Court may suspend all or part of the assessed fine.
