(a) Attached Accessory Structures. All porches, decks or similar attached structures shall be maintained in a structurally sound and safe condition and be free from holes, breaks, loose or rotting materials and be properly surface coated.
(b) Other Accessory Structures. Other accessory structures, including detached garages. sheds, fences and walls, shall be maintained structurally sound and in good repair and be free from holes, breaks, open cracks or loose or rotting materials. All exposed surfaces of metal or wood shall be protected from the elements and against decay or rust by periodic application of weather-coating materials, such as paint or similar surface treatment.
(c) Pools. Any swimming pool not in compliance with Section 1119.03 of the Codified Ordinances shall be deemed a nuisance.
(d) Signs. Any sign not in compliance with Chapter 1122 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Gibsonburg shall be deemed a nuisance.
(e) Trees, Shrubs, Weeds. Any trees, shrubs or weeds not maintained in compliance with Chapter 557 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Gibsonburg shall be deemed a nuisance.
(f) Exterior Maintenance Code. Any violations of Chapter 1337 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Gibsonburg shall be deemed a nuisance.
(g) Building Code. Any violations of Chapter 1305 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Gibsonburg shall be deemed a nuisance.
(h) Fire Prevention Code. Any violations of Part 15 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Gibsonburg shall be deemed a nuisance.
