144.02 “AD HOC” MEMBER.
   (a)   The position of “ad hoc member” of the Planning Commission is hereby created.
   (b)   The position of “ad hoc member” will be appointed by the Mayor for a term of six years.
   (c)   The “ad hoc member” of the Planning Commission will serve as a replacement member for any at large vacancy occurring with the Planning Commission, upon appointment by the Mayor.
   (d)   The “ad hoc member” of the Planning Commission shall serve without compensation. (Ord. 5-2007. Passed 2-15-07.)
