In addition to the requirements set forth in Section 1106.09
, the Village Fiscal Officer shall give notice of the time, place, and purpose of the public hearing to be held on proposed amendments, by mailing a postal card or letter notice, not less than twenty days prior to the date of the hearing, to all property owners lying within two hundred feet of any part of the property proposed to be changed.
(a) The failure to notify as provided for in this section, shall not invalidate any recommendation or resolution adopted by Village Council after the conduct of the public hearing. (Ord. 7-2009. Passed 5-7-09.)
