Notice of the public hearing required in Section 1106.08
shall be made prior to a resolution of the recommendation on the proposed amendment, and before adoption of such amendment by Village Council, with at least thirty days notice of the time and place of such hearing being given by one publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the Village.
