Each owner of an improved property within the jurisdiction of the village who fails to post the number assigned under this chapter, or who violates any other provision of this chapter, shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense.
