8-1-1: NUMBERING SYSTEM ESTABLISHED:
There is hereby established a uniform system of numbering all homes and buildings ("improvements") now or hereafter constructed fronting on all streets or other public ways within the corporate limits of the village. (Ord. 222, 12-15-1983)
