6-1-6: ENFORCEMENT; VIOLATIONS:
The regulations and restrictions established by this chapter may be enforced by law enforcement personnel cooperating with the village, the village clerk or a designee of the village president who is tasked with enforcement of this chapter. Each day that a violation of this chapter continues shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such. (Ord. 707, 8-23-2012)
