5-2-2-12: FEMALE DOGS IN HEAT:

It shall be unlawful for any person in possession of any female dog to permit such female dog to run at large within the village at any time while such dog is in heat. In addition to any penalty for which the owner shall be liable under this chapter, such dog shall be impounded. (Ord. 708, 9-13-2012)
