5-2-2-10: SANITARY CONDITIONS:
   A.   Animals: Every owner or person in possession of an animal shall maintain his animal in a clean and sanitary condition.
   B.   Premises: It shall be unlawful for any person to cause or permit offensive odors to emanate from the premises where the animal is kept. (Ord. 708, 9-13-2012)
