A. Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any person to harbor or keep any animal which disturbs the peace by loud noises at any time of the day or night, and it shall be unlawful for any such person to permit any animal to make such noises.
B. Complaint: Any person residing in a neighborhood whose quietness has been disturbed by any animal owned or possessed within the neighborhood may make a sworn complaint before the village clerk against the owner or possessor of said animal.
C. Nuisance Declared; Impoundment And Redemption: Any animal which disturbs the peace by loud noises at any time of day or night is hereby declared to be a nuisance and may be impounded by an animal control officer and may be redeemed only by paying the appropriate fees as provided in this chapter.
