Unless otherwise provided, any person convicted of a violation of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the first offense, not less than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for the second offense, and not less than one hundred seventy five dollars ($175.00) for the third and subsequent offense occurring within one year of the first offense, with a maximum fine of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00).
