All municipal waste disposal areas including, without limitation, areas containing dumpsters, shall be screened:
A. On four (4) sides (including a gate for access) when the end opening is visible from a public road; or
B. On three (3) sides when the opening is not visible from a public road.
The screening shall be a solid fence or wall, made of commercial grade wood, metal or more substantial material, with a minimum height of six feet (6') and not greater than eight feet (8'). (Ord. 730, 3-27-2014)
