4-2-9: BURNING GARBAGE AND REFUSE PROHIBITED:
No person shall set fire to or cause or permit to be burned in any yard, lot, street, or alley any garbage or refuse. No fire may be set or caused or allowed to burn in or on any public right of way. (Ord. 653, 3-11-2010)
