There shall be an organizational meeting of the planning commission to be held annually. At such meeting, the commission shall elect such officers as it may deem necessary, and adopt and later change or alter rules and regulations of organization and procedure, subject to approval by the village board and consistent with village ordinances and state laws. The commission shall keep written records of its proceedings, which shall be open at all times to public inspection. The commission shall also file an annual report with the village president and board of trustees setting forth its transactions and recommendations. (Ord. 57, 8-19-1965; amd. 2012 Code)
