SECTION 6.02 PROBATION PERIOD.
   An original appointment of a new employee shall not be deemed permanent until a probationary period of one (1) year has elapsed. Such probationary employee in the classified service may be discharged without cause by the Manager at any time within the said period of one (1) year upon the recommendation of the head of the department in which the probationer is employed.
