Any minor violating the provisions of Sections 509.12 to 509.18 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be dealt with in accordance with Juvenile Court laws and procedures.
Any parent, guardian or other person having the care and custody of a minor violating Sections 509.12 to 509.18 shall, after having been previously notified under Section 509.18, be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
