509.12 IMPOSITION OF CURFEW.
   The Mayor is empowered to impose a curfew pursuant to this chapter as he may, in his discretion, deem necessary to protect the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Germantown. (Ord. 1309. Passed 7-19-76.)
