(a) No person shall enter into or upon any motor vehicle, motorcycle or other motor propelled vehicle without the consent of the owner, the person authorized to give consent, or the operator of said vehicle.
(b) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of Vehicle Trespass, a minor misdemeanor of the fourth degree on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree; any subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
